NEXCO captures detailed visual and NDE information in tunnel liner using mobile scanning systems. From small to extremely large datasets, deficient findings and other tunnel system assets (like cables, electrical boxes, etc.) are detected and quantified. Even in completely dark environments, our system lighting and camera array provide adequate light to view target surfaces. Owners can expect reports containing high-definition visual and infrared copies of partial to entire tunnel contour that can be used to detect cracking, spalling, efflorescence, and water infiltration.
